speaking as i've been in court several times that is slander and punsihable by mucho fines. if she was serious and had filed suit against sevs, worst case senereo till court date, site is shut down, later in court you can be fined (most probable minimum) $100,000 (on counts of slander) but on account of this is a public accessable site, and you slandered the family (to the viable public) she can slam you on deformation of character. which would be really harsh... if you were smart put the post in the trash, it'll keep you fiscally afloat. In your own definition of slander you deform your cause:

theoretically, i couldnt care less whether or not theres a lawsuit, but the internet is a public accomodation, there-by, making it punishable, by soliciting materials which one finds abusive to his or her person, property or threatening to his or her wellbeing or property so, just beacause its public forum wont hold ground should this lady choose to file suit. if you doubt me as your lawyer. Plus this lady prob. is a soccer mom who tags along her kid just to protect him, with this i disagree, but it is her FIRST AMMENDMENT RIGHT to post too. as said, internet is a public accomodation, just because someone chooses to throw-in " oh i can use my first ammendment rights" (only when you arent slanderous) dont listen to me, as a lawyer-

Although I agree with all your sentiment and the poster is obviously a moron, you guys don't realize what a "public" forum really means.
There are laws regarding defamation,slander and libel that *do* pertain to this and any website, public/private/whatever.
First of all, at the end of the day, legal responsibility of forum posts goes to the Baron, and next the poster himself. The ISP is even liable.
If the poster was actually to file a complaint with the FCC or other such agency, or server Mr. baron with appropriate parers, our Baron would probably be forced to cease and desist (remove offending material) poste haste rather than incur legal fees as a result of defending such an issue.
Freedom of speech is hardly as cut-and-dry as you may think.

It just so happened that viagra was in there, along with advil, aleve and so on big fucking deal-just because its in our posession doesnt mean we use it and remember, it's CHRIS HART who stole it from the house anyways, make fun of him, not my family....and whatever, the thread that my mom wanted deleted is over with and i doubt anyone looks at it but Baron you could have been sweet and just deleted it instead of causing this whole ordeal.

Ok now, some things need to be cleared up a bit. My involment in this whole thing was staying at my friends house looking out for it. Mama Lisa, if you read this i watched your house while i was there to the best of my ability. Anything that happened was either while i wasnt there, or while i was alseep (that can be easily varified). You dont even know how many hours i spent cleaning your house. Every morning id have it spotless before your son was even awake every day. If i had to make a ruff figure id say like 12, 14 hours of my life were spent on that. The viagra was found while cleaning one day. Instead of throwing it away we went "Oh, its viagra, hahahaha, lets not throw it away." i then put it in my pocket and forgot it was there until a cop pulled it out of my pocket and said "whats this". Thats my whole story so take it as you like. And yes, i spent 3 1/2 hours in cuffs for thinking viagra was to funny to throw away. What a system we live in, right?

i dont know who this kid is but i doubt anyone would throw Viagra away if they found it just out of comic value alone (com'on, Bob Dole) or yes, maybe they suffer from impotance....
